Project Description
LAX is implementing a new identity management and credentialing system that will replace the existing credentialing system. 

Service Provided
Make Good Company was hired as a project coordinator.  We assisted the team in scheduling with over 1400 authorized signers and the internal LAWA team to launch the new system.  We assisted in the training documentation and communication in the cutover.
